When remitting to Chinese mainland, the recipient name you provide must exactly match the name verified on their Alipay account in Chinese mainland. If the recipient's name is in Chinese, please enter the pinyin. If the recipient is unsure of their verified name, they can quickly obtain and share the receiving information by following these steps in the Alipay App:
1. Open the Alipay App;
2. Enter and access "Flash Receipt" (閃速收款) in the homepage search bar, then tap "I am the recipient" (我是收款人);
3. Copy the receiving information displayed on the page and share it with the sender.
