Thank you for using the banking services of EleBank Limited ("the Bank" or "we"). We will introduce a new fee item for the Snap Card (Safety Card) service on April 23, 2026. Enclosed with this notice is the updated versions of the Bank’s "Card Service Fees", which will be effective on April 23, 2026 (the "Effective Date").
The Bank will add a new fee item for the Snap Card (Safety Card) service:

Remarks:
1. This update only adds charges for the “New Service Item”. All existing fees and charges for other items remain unchanged.
2. Please refer to the [Support] > [Spend] in the Bank's official website for the number of Snap Cards you may hold at any one time. (Updated periodically without prior notice)
3. Please refer to the [Support] > [Spend] in the Bank's official website for the total number of times you may apply for, replace, or delete a Snap Card within each calendar year. (Updated periodically without prior notice)
4. If you cancel your Snap Card within its validity period, you may re-apply for a Snap Card free of charge.
5. Please refer to the [Support] > [Spend] in the Bank's official website for details of the validity period of the Snap Card. The Bank reserves the right to adjust the validity period of the Snap Card without prior notice. (Updated periodically without prior notice)
The updated "Card Service Fees" will be uploaded to the Bank's Mobile App and the Bank's website. If you do not accept the relevant charges, the Bank may be unable to provide Snap Card services to you, or you may terminate your EleBank account in accordance with Clause 12, Part 1 of the existing "Terms and Conditions of Use of Digital Banking Services". If you intend to apply for a Snap Card, you must accept the new fee items.
