Notice to customers regarding updated EleBank "General Terms and Conditions of Facilities" and "Personal Banking Service Fees"

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for using the banking services of Ele Bank Limited ("the Bank" or "we"). We will introduce a new fee item “Overlimit handling fee” for the “Secured Overdraft Facility” on 1 July 2026. Enclosed with this notice is the updated part of the Bank’s " Personal Banking Service Fees , which will be effective on 1 July 2026 (the "Effective Date").

The Bank will add a new fee item for the “Secured Overdraft Facility” service:

Overlimit handling fee16

HKD 200 per month

Remarks:

16. “Overlimit handling fee” of “Secured Overdraft Facility” will be effective from 1 July 2026. The fee applies to all customers (including existing customers).

The updated “General Terms and Conditions of Facilities” and “Personal Banking Service Fees” will be uploaded to the Bank's Mobile App and the Bank's website. If you do not accept the relevant charges, the Bank may be unable to provide “Secured Overdraft Facility” service to you.
